Managed container infrastructure with Kubernetes.
Built for the full Kubernetes lifecycle.
From cluster creation and scaling to upgrades, monitoring and recovery — automation and lifecycle management support Kubernetes throughout its lifecycle.
- Cluster creationDeclarative, repeatable provisioning.
- Workload-aware upgradesNodes drained and returned in sequence.
- Health checks & auto-recoveryControl plane, nodes and supporting services monitored; failed components recovered automatically.
- ScalingNode pools scale with demand.
- BackupsCluster and workload state kept recoverable.
- MonitoringMetrics and logs across the Kubernetes environment.
- AlertingSignals routed to the right teams and systems.
- API & CLI lifecycle managementLifecycle operations accessible through API and CLI.
Kubernetes on your infrastructure.
Run Kubernetes on infrastructure you control — on bare metal or OpenStack-based virtualization. Kumorion provides the automation and lifecycle management for deploying, scaling and evolving your clusters.

Answered by engineers.
Q1We don't have experience managing Kubernetes in house. Can Kumorion operate the clusters for us?+
Managed services can include cluster provisioning, upgrades, monitoring and recovery, while your engineers manage your workloads. The scope is agreed with your team; your application layer and roadmap remain yours.
Q2Where exactly is the line between what Kumorion operates and what stays ours?+
The boundary is agreed in advance. Kumorion provides cluster automation and lifecycle management, with operational support or managed services according to your chosen model. Your applications, data and roadmap stay with you.
Q3How do you upgrade clusters and nodes without breaking running customer applications?+
Upgrades are workload-aware and tested before they roll out: nodes are drained, upgraded and returned in sequence, so running applications stay up. You get new Kubernetes versions without running your own upgrade projects.
Q4Can clusters run directly on our bare metal, or do we have to virtualize first — and what are the tradeoffs?+
Both are supported. Bare metal gives maximum performance and suits GPU and performance-sensitive workloads; virtualized capacity gives more flexibility in how hardware is carved up.
Q5Does the technology fit our existing automation, tooling and GitOps pipelines, or do we adopt yours?+
It fits yours. It is standard Kubernetes, so Argo CD and other GitOps tooling work as they are, and everything is reachable through the API and CLI. Service providers can integrate through these interfaces; end users keep the workflows they already have.
Q6What observability ships out of the box, and can we feed it into our own stack?+
Metrics, logs and alerting across the Kubernetes environment ship by default, and the signals can be exported into your own stack — if you already run Grafana or Prometheus, this does not become a silo. It is visibility you can also pass on to your own customers.
Q7How are the clusters kept running so our people are not paged at 3am?+
Health checks, auto-recovery and reconciliation run continuously: failed components are detected and restored automatically, and cluster state is kept converging to what was declared. The goal is simple — clusters still running in the morning, with nobody watching them overnight.
Q8If we leave, we continue on vanilla upstream Kubernetes and lose only your automation. What does that transition actually involve?+
Your clusters and workloads stay yours — they are standard Kubernetes. Practically, you have two paths: move to a public cloud and adopt its way of configuring features such as maintenance windows and storage classes, or run your own private cloud and take over the automation the Kumorion technology currently provides.
